Our Assisted Long Runs follow the same model as the weekly group runs, but include a mapped route ranging from 6-20 miles. Along the course two aid stations will be set up where runners have a chance to fuel up & try out some of the nutrition options that we carry in-store.

As always, all paces & distances are welcome. All routes start together, with runners crossing back on the appropriate bridge based on their distance goals for the day. The SCR Assisted Long Run generally takes place once a month, but check the events calendar as there are occasional exceptions.

Start Time: 7am - Saturday, September 13th
