Second Saturday of the month - 8AM

Our monthly Assisted Long Runs follow the same model as the weekly group runs, but include a mapped route ranging from 6-20 miles. Along the course two aid stations will be set up where runners have a chance to fuel up & try out some of the nutrition options that we carry in-store (including Nuun, Huma, Clif Shot Blocks, GU, and Honey Stinger to name a few).

As always, all paces & distances are welcome. The Assisted Long Run generally takes place the second Saturday of the month, but check the events calendar as there are occasional exceptions.
