Mail-In Return
Not near a store? Submit a return form online and ship your item to us. Allow additional time for processing once we receive your package.

Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Mill City Running will provide a full refund to the original form of payment of any unworn merchandise returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by email when your return or exchange has been processed.
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Any items that show sign of wear
- Products lacking original packaging, including all original tags and labels
- Items marked Final Sale
Merchandise that is deemed to be non-resellable, is worn, or lacks all original packaging may be eligible for an equal value product exchange or store credit will be issued if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Store credit will equal the original value at which the product was purchased.
Any electronics such as GPS watches, headphones, percussive massagers, or similar items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase with original packaging, including all cables and accessories. Electronics that were ordered and are not products we typically carry are subject to final sale.

CAN I RETURN MY SHOES EVEN IF I HAVE WORN THEM?
Items showing signs of wear may still be eligible for store credit or an exchange of equal value, subject to inspection by our staff.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS ARE IN NEW CONDITION?
New condition means the item is unworn, unused, and includes its original packaging, tags, and labels.

You may bring eligible items to either Mill City Running location for inspection and assistance.

ARE DISCOUNTED ITEMS FINAL SALE?
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Other discounted items may be eligible under the standard return policy.
