Beginner's Group Run - Tuesdays - 6PM
Looking for a welcoming, supportive group of runners who are new to the sport? This run is for you!
While all paces are welcome at any of our runs, this evening run is especially dedicated to new runners. We start this run out with introductions and the highly anticipated and mostly silly 'question of the day'. We then split up by pace and distance so that no one runs alone. Most will go for the 2 or 4 mile route, and run/walkers are especially welcome!
All Abilities Group Run - Wednesdays - 6pm
This is our largest group run, generally bringing in between 50-80 runners of all paces and abilities. During the warmer months (March-November) jump in on the group workout, or simply choose a loop for an easy run. Route options of 2, 4, 5 and 7 miles are provided.
No matter what you choose, you'll be rewarded with a cold refreshment afterward!
Flapjack Friday - Fridays - 6:30AM
The best reason we could come up with to get up early on Friday mornings - pancakes! That's right, we feed you post-run pancakes - right here in store.
With route options of 2, 4, 5 or 7 miles you'll find runners with a variety levels of experience and pace preferences, all are welcome!
